I love pairs,I don't like apple

Feeling disgruntled today...Customer service is everything!!! Ordered an ipod touch for Amy's birthday yesterday from a company I admire for it's retail skills.Discovery led,consumer led,etceteraetcetera..whatever.It is a brand I admire.Estimated shipping time 24hrs.... .great!Checked out status today...expecting it today.My original order has been cancelled and upgraded but now not expected to be shipped for a week!!!Did I get an email to let me know ...no!!!!
If you order a dozen roses tomorrow that is what you will get.Don't expect a delivery of 14 roses next week because we couldn't do it today,or tomorrow.Apple learn a lesson and sort out your customer experience whether website or store discovery !!!

What we love today





Autumn is on it's way and we are looking forward to an Indian Summer.Our favourite things in the shop today are teddybear sunflowers and some fabby paphiopedlums..yumm!
